The late work of Alex Katz, who became world-famous as a chronicler of everyday American life. New York artist Alex Katz is one of the most influential figures in contemporary US-American art. This catalogue, developed in close collaboration with the artist, focuses on Katz's late work in which, more sensual and immediate than in his earlier works, he explores the boundaries of abstraction.
