Multiprofessionelle Teamarbeit in der Kirche

Wie arbeiten Teams, in denen Fachkräfte aus verschiedenen Berufen gleichberechtigt in einer Kirchengemeinde oder Region eingesetzt sind? Nach welchen Prinzipien wird die Arbeit gestaltet und was bedeutet das für die Praxis? Diesen Fragen geht die empirische Studie in drei Landeskirchen nach. Sie bietet eine Analyse von gelingender Zusammenarbeit und konflikthaften Situationen. Anhand von Fallrekonstruktionen werden Faktoren präsentiert, die für die Teamprozesse, Abläufe und Strukturen mehrberuflicher Zusammenarbeit relevant sind. Diskutiert werden die Handlungslogiken der zentralen Akteure, das Zusammenwirken von Haupt- und Ehrenamt, die Bedeutung von Berufsprofilen und Innovationspotenziale für die Kirche. Cooperation between functional differentiation and shared responsibility] How do teams work in which professionals from different occupations are employed on an equal footing in a parish or region? What principles govern the work and what does this mean in practice? These questions are explored in an empirical study conducted in three regional churches. It offers an analysis of successful cooperation and conflictual situations. Based on case reconstructions, factors relevant to team processes, procedures and structures of multi-professional cooperation are presented. The study discusses the rationales behind the actions of key players, the interaction between full-time and voluntary work, the significance of professional profiles and innovation potential for the church.
