Geschichte als Raum christlicher Bildung

Die Geschichte der christlichen Kirchen ist immer auch die Geschichte der Vermittlung und Transformation christlicher Wissens- und Traditionsbestände. Geschichte und Bildung verdienen als metareflexive Grundbegriffe gleichermaßen eine intensive theologische Würdigung, wenn es darum geht, die Kirchengeschichte als kulturwissenschaftliche und theologische Bildungsdisziplin zu verorten. Die hier angezeigte Festschrift, die den Theologen und Kirchenhistoriker Markus Wriedt als herausragenden Kenner dieser theologischen, historiographischen und bildungsgeschichtlichen Konstellation ehren möchte, versammelt interdisziplinäre Beitrag zum Bildungsreflex christlicher Theologie in einem transdisziplinären wie interreligiösen Spektrum.
